"Foodie Chris" is a third generation, native of San Francisco and proud of it. She was trained by Madeline Kamman, learning under her tutelage for nine months in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the South of France. Chris returned to San Francisco to work at some of the top restaurants in The City before launching a gourmet natural food take-out deli which flourished for six years under her direction. Three children and a couple of careers later she is enjoying sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with fellow foodies.
